Can I return the goods and get a refund?

We only accept returns under certain circumstances on case-by-case basis. If your parcel has been opened or the goods are damaged when you receive them, please contact us immediately and we’ll guide you on the next steps.

How can I make payment?

We prefer online payments using credit card, debit card or FPX.
