Where do you ship to?
We are proud to ship throughout Malaysia except P.O. boxes.
For all Malaysia shipments, we use DHL. You can track your package by logging in. We’ll also send you an SMS when DHL picks up your parcel from our warehouse.
What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is FREE to destinations within Malaysia for orders above RM100. Otherwise a fixed rate of RM15 will be imposed. Please contact us for international shipping.
When does the package ship?
If payment is successfully processed before 12 p.m. on a working day, the parcel will be dispatched on the same day. Otherwise, the parcel will be dispatched on the next working day. Working day refers Mondays thru Fridays subject to public holidays of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
How long does shipping take?
Malaysia shipments can take 3 to 5 working days from the day order is processed. Delivery might take longer during festive season or long holidays, or to rural destinations.
How do I track my parcel?
You will receive your tracking number via e-mail and a SMS from DHL the morning when DHL is our to deliver your parcel. You can also login to our website to track your parcel.
I did not receive a shipping or order confirmation?
Please email us at email@example.com to confirm your order was placed. Our emails could have found their way to your spam box or an incorrect email might have been entered at the time of checkout, causing our emails to be sent to the wrong email address.
What if I’m not at home to receive the parcel?
DHL will call you. So make sure you provide the correct contact number when placing your order. Otherwise, DHL will leave you a note and you can then get in touch with DHL to reschedule delivery.
Can I change the delivery address?
We can change the delivery address only if the parcel has not been picked up by DHL.
